Phase-1 Testing Has Begun; Building Diamond Mind AI With Real People, Not Just Code

Today is an important milestone in the journey of Diamond Mind AI. For the first time, a select group of early Fellows has stepped inside the Phase 1 workspace to begin structured testing. This is our shift from building quietly to building collaboratively with real users, real workflows, and real feedback shaping the foundation of what comes next.

When we designed Diamond Mind AI, the core idea was simple. AI is not powerful because it generates text. AI becomes powerful when it operates through systems that mirror how high performing operators think, plan, and execute.
his is why Phase 1 focuses on one goal. A structured Content Engine that removes guesswork from research, writing, and LinkedIn strategy using guided workflows and a centralized Data Hub.
Early testers are not just exploring the workspace.
They are stress testing workflows, challenging design decisions, and helping us identify where the strongest value appears. Their work directly shapes the systems that will eventually support future AI agents inside the platform.
We intentionally kept this first testing wave small. The reason is focus, speed, and signal quality. In early stages, clarity matters more than volume.
Over the coming weeks, we will expand the group in controlled waves as we validate more components of the Marketing Hub. Stages such as market research, positioning, audience mapping, and messaging systems are already in production and will open gradually as Phase 2 and Phase 3 take shape.
For now, we are grateful for the people investing their time, curiosity, and creativity to help us build this with intention and precision.
If you would like to be considered for a future testing round or want to join the waitlist for early access ahead of our January launch, feel free to reach out.
We are building something meaningful here, and this is only the beginning.
